• Customized diet chart prepared by Dr.Abhi Mohan sent via email within 24-48 hours.
• Clarification of doubts at one sitting after meal plan is sent with nutritionist (call).
• Sending the food diary once in 15 days through WhatsApp or mail.
• Review on the 15th and 30th day.
• Revised meal plan on the 30th day.
• Sharing photograph at the end of the package.
